This information has been put together to assist you with management of your team. Print the information you think will be needed for game day or otherwise and ask for help if you need it.

Manager’s Resources:

  • Team contact list  –  will be emailed to you.  Print the list and add to your file.
  • Committee list (on the website) – please support them.  Remember they are all VOLUNTEERS.
  • Registration cards for your team (12s and up) – will be emailed to you.  Print and add to your file.
  • List of all teams in the club, with coaches and managers contact details – will be emailed to you.

Junior/Girls League Top 4 Cup
(12s and up) - top 4 teams play off in Semis and Finals at end of season.  Please refer to Annexe rules.
Players must take part in 75% of fixtures after 30th June to be eligible to play in the Top 4 cup.
This means they must be listed on the match card for 7 of the 9 rounds in second half of season.

(This covers affiliated associations, clubs, officials, coaches, voluntary workers and players).

Referee Payment card (included in your kit)

Referee allocations are updated each week – usually by Friday night or Saturday morning. Check each week on Friday or Saturday to see if your game has been allocated an official referee. If not the home team will need to organise a ref.
Juniors:    Home club referees must be 2 years older than the age-group of the game being played.
Mens:       Home club referees must be at least 16 years of age in the year of competition.
Masters:   Home club referees must be at least 18 years of age in the year of competition.

Linesperson (Assistant Referee)

Each team (12s and up) needs to supply a Linesperson for every game, the opposition will also supply a Linesperson.
You might have a volunteer who can do this each week, or you can do a roster.

International Clearance (ITC)

If a player's last club was in a country other than Australia, and the player 12 years old or older, then an ITC is required.
